I believe the persons behind this pseudonym (and 'BIL') are Chris Rodriguez and his wife.
It's just my opinion however, since the Times-Call won't verify it - I've asked directly more than once.
Truly sad that someone has to resort to this kind of personal attack - on my dead wife no less.
Anyone that has proof is encouraged to come forward.
