Here's the response, from the Sherrif:
From: kingcountysheriff@kingcounty.govGood. Here's hoping the creep will never carry a gun or wear an officer's uniform again. Maybe a nice little stretch inside will help him understand assault is a crime.

Thank you for expressing your concern about this incident. I share your concern. Please know what was depicted in this video clip does not reflect the values of the other 750 sworn deputies of this Sheriff’s Office. I make this statement knowing that it was a fellow King County deputy who brought this matter to the attention of a supervisor. That supervisor took immediate action and the process was initiated for a criminal investigation within 24 hours of the incident. The very next day the deputy was relieved from duty.
The case is now in the hands of the King County Prosecutor’s Office. I am hopeful this matter will be concluded in a just and timely manner.

There will be a bit less unemployment in Seattle. The Polide Department has an opening for two new officers.
I could understand them grabbing her, cuffing her and restraining her, but taking her by the hair and RUNNING her FULL-TILT FACE-FIRST into a concrete wall is assault. Period. Who watches the watchers?
