One down, one to go

Court: No Review of Obama's Eligibility to Serve

At least one other appeal over Obama's citizenship remains at the court. Philip J. Berg of Lafayette Hill, Pa., argues that Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii as Obama says and Hawaii officials have confirmed.

Berg says Obama also may be a citizen of Indonesia, where he lived as a boy. Federal courts in Pennsylvania have dismissed Berg's lawsuit. Federal courts in Ohio and Washington state have rejected similar lawsuits.

Here's what David Horowitz had to say on CBS News website:

The continuing efforts of a fringe group of conservatives to deny Obama his victory and to lay the basis for the claim that he is not a legitimate president is embarrassing and destructive. The fact that these efforts are being led by Alan Keyes, a demagogue who lost a Senate election to the then-unknown Obama by 42 points, should be a warning in itself.

"...AND HAWAII OFFICIALS HAVE CONFIRMED." So Philip J. Berg of Lafayette Hill, Pa. is more credible than Hawaiian officials? So Philip J. Berg feels he has the right to disenfranchise 64 million voters? Seems Philip K. Berg is really a citizen of Lunatic Fringe, Mars. Seems the Federal Courts are finally realizing that these blowhards are just a drag on the system. Let them go back to suing McDonalds for coffee that's too hot. In an article in the conservative rag National Review Online, ultra conservative David Horowitz said, "It is not conservatism; it is sore loserism..." Hey, McCain was born in Panama, but you don't hear anything from these idiots about that.

Funny how 'fringe' keeps coming up. You'd think there'd be a surrey somewhere.

Not that I support what Berg is doing, but he's a registered Democrat and lifelong liberal. So, he's one of your guys, not a fringe conservative...

Doesn't matter. He's an idiot from the fringe. There are plenty of Dems whining about Obama. Historically, these types will always find something to whine about. Besides, the only "my guys/your guys" recognized here are the not-idiots (the my guys) versus the idiots (the your guys [not necessarily "your" guys, Stephanie, as I don't know you, so I can't make that judgment]). Right, Doogman? There are idiots on both sides of the aisle. Witness the current Dem governor of Illinois versus the Bush regime. Idiocy knows no political boundaries. They're everywhere—just look out your car window (unless, of course, you see me or the Doogman).

Unlike the GOP, when corruption is found in the Democratic Party, we stand united in fighting it: http://democrats.senate.gov/newsroom/record.cfm?id=305726&

Where was the GOP when Randy Cunningham and Ted Stevens were rolling in piles of crooked money? Took YEARS to ferret them out due to obstruction and lies. Sorry Stephie, 'your guys' don't have a sterling record either.

'fringe conservative' is redundant.
